Getting fat because you eat dinner?
Eating late does not necessarily make you fat, but it’s still not good for your teeth and figure.
Studies show that people who skip breakfast (and usually eat late) tend to eat high-calorie foods during the day.
Moreover, people who eat late also tend to skip brushing their teeth in the evening, which causes plaque to build up.
This proves the old adage: breakfast alone, lunch with a friend, leave your dinner to your enemy!
